Contact Management
eXpressTransit provides 3 screens for managing contact information.  Paratransit riders, internal transit staff and external contacts can all be maintained with unlimited phone and address information.

Paratransit Riders
In addition to their basic contact information, the Paratransit Riders screen allows you to track the paratransit program enrollment status for each rider, their enrollment application, rider incidents, complaints or compliments from each rider and a list of documents that have been sent to them.  You can also open the Compose Documents screen directly from here to create a new document or letter for the rider.  For new riders, this screen includes the ability to batch load their information from an Excel™ spreadsheet.

This screen is where all internal staff members associated with your transit operations are maintained.

External Contacts

The External Contacts screen is for maintaining contact information for people outside your transit agency.  It also supports directly opening the Compose Documents screen which will maintain a list of all written correspondence to that contact.
